National Pool Lifeguard Qualification. (NPLQ)
The NPLQ is a great qualification to have for full time and part time jobs and whilst entering into a working career or expanding.
The course involves techniques including rescue skills, CPR, theory and first aid.

Open Water Lifeguard Courses. (OWL)
Our open water lifeguard courses are available for everyone with open water experience and also for qualified lifeguards.
The OWL course involves techniques including rescue skills, CPR, theory and first aid.
Courses run from April through to October.
